- Using oil, eggs, and water, prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in the vanilla frosting thoroughly with your hands.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the cake balls for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Melt the candy melts as directed on the package.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted candy melts and cover completely with a spoon.
- Sugar balls should be sprinkled on top of the cake pops.
- Place the cake pops on wax paper and set aside to cool until the candy coating hardens.
- Serve and have fun.
