Halloween Cake Pops Recipe
These Halloween Cake Pops are a festive and fun treat to serve at any Halloween party or gathering. They are simple to make and can be personalised with your favourite cake flavor and Halloween decorations.
Ingredients
- 1 cake mix box
- sprinkles with a Halloween theme
- 1 can of frosting
- 1 package candy melts
- 1 cake pop stick package
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 1 hour
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- Total Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Instructions
- Bake the cake mix according to the package directions.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the crumbled cake with the frosting from the can.
- Form balls of cake mixture with a cookie scoop and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In each cake ball, insert a cake pop stick.
- For at least 30 minutes, freeze the cake pops.
- Melt the candy melts according to the package directions.
- Tap off any excess candy melts before dipping each cake pop.
- While the candy coating is still wet, sprinkle the cake pops with Halloween-themed sprinkles.
- Return the cake pops to the parchment-lined baking sheet and allow them to dry completely.
