Sweet Strawberry Cake Pops Recipe

These delicious strawberry cake pops are a fun and tasty treat for any occasion. They are ideal for parties or as a sweet treat for yourself, as they are made with moist strawberry cake and coated in creamy white chocolate.

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • Total Time: 50 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Mix the cake mix, butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, in the prepared pan.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the strawberry jam until well combined.
  • Form the cake mixture into 1-2 inch balls with a small cookie scoop and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes after inserting a lollipop stick into each ball.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips with the heavy cream and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Dip each cake pop into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • If desired, top with sprinkles.
  • Return the cake pops to the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  • Serve and have fun.
