Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup of sprinkles
• 1/2 cup of strawberry frosting
• 1 cake mix box (plus required ingredients such as eggs, oil, and water)
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 20 minutes
• Cook Time: 30 minutes
• Total Time: 50 minutes

Instructions

• Bake the cake mix according to the package directions, then cool completely.
• In a large mixing bowl, crumble the cake.
• Mix in the strawberry frosting until well combined with the crumbled cake.
• Place the mixture in small balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
• Insert a lollipop stick into the centre of each cake ball.
• Allow the cake balls to freeze for at least 1 hour.
• Melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth.
• Immediately dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles.
• Return the cake pops to the parchment paper to cool until the chocolate hardens.
