Assorted Cake Pops with Pink Sprinkles Recipe
Assorted cake pops are a colorful and fun treat that is ideal for parties or as a sweet snack. Cake mix and frosting are combined to make these cake pops, which are then topped with pink candy melts and sprinkles for a fun and girly twist.
Ingredients
- 1 candy melts bag (pink or any color of your choice)
- 1 can of frosting
- Cake pop sticks in various colors
- sprinkles in pink
- 1 cake mix box (any flavor)
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 1 hour
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- Total Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to package directions and cool completely.
- Crumble the cake into a large mixing bowl and fold in the frosting until well combined.
- Place the mixture in small balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Insert cake pop sticks into each ball and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the candy melts as directed on the package.
- Each cake pop should be dipped into the melted candy melts and immediately sprinkled with pink sprinkles.
- Return the cake pops to the parchment paper to cool and harden.
- Serve and have fun.
