Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Combine cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Fill each cupcake well about 3/4 full with batter from a mini cupcake pan.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a cupcake comes out clean.
  • Remove the cupcakes from the oven and set aside to cool completely.
  • When the cupcakes are cool enough to handle, remove them from the pan and place them on a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Insert a lollipop stick into each cupcake, ensuring that the stick extends halfway up the cupcake.
  • Combine the vanilla frosting and rainbow sprinkles in a small mixing bowl.
  • Dip each cupcake pop into the frosting, rotating the stick to ensure complete coverage.
  • Before serving, place the cupcake pops on a wire rack to dry for at least 10 minutes.
