Instructions

  • Bake and cool the chocolate cake according to the package directions.
  • In a large mixing bowl, crumble the cake.
  • Mix the crumbled cake with the chocolate frosting until well combined.
  • Make small balls out of the cake mixture and insert a lollipop stick into each one.
  • To firm up the cake pops, place them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate candy melts according to the package directions.
  • Dip each cake pop in the melted chocolate and top with your favourite sprinkles.
  • To set, place the cake pops in a stand or styrofoam block.
