Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- 2 minutes on medium speed with an electric mixer, until well combined.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Remove the cake from the oven and set it aside to cool completely.
- When the cake has cooled, crumble it into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in the vanilla frosting from the can.
- Make small balls out of the mixture and insert lollipop sticks into each one.
- Freeze the cake pops for 30 minutes on a baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate candy according to package directions in the microwave.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off each cake pop as it is dipped in the melted chocolate.
- Roll the cake pops in rainbow sprinkles and set them on wax paper to set.
- Before serving, place the cake pops in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
