Pink strawberry cake pops are a festive and tasty treat for any occasion. For a sweet and festive dessert, they are made with a moist strawberry cake mix and topped with pink candy melts and sprinkles.

  • Prep Time: 30 minutes
  • Cook Time: 35 minutes
  • Total Time: 1 hour, 5 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
  • Combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the strawberry frosting until the cake crumbles are moistened and can be formed into balls.
  • Form the cake mixture into balls with a small cookie scoop and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place a lollipop stick into each cake ball and chill the sheet for 1-2 hours, or until the cake balls are firm.
  • Melt the pink candy melts as directed on the package.
  • Dip each cake pop gently into the melted candy melts, tapping off any excess.
  • Sprinkle with sprinkles and set aside to dry completely before serving.
