  • Prep Time: 30 minutes
  • Cook Time: 35 minutes
  • Total Time: 1 hour, 5 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Using oil, eggs, and water, prepare cake mix according to package directions.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the vanilla frosting thoroughly with your hands.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the cake balls for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Melt the candy melts as directed on the package.
  • Dip each cake ball into the melted candy melts and cover completely with a spoon.
  • Sugar balls should be sprinkled on top of the cake pops.
  • Place the cake pops on wax paper and set aside to cool until the candy coating hardens.
  • Serve and have fun.
