Instructions

  • Bake the vanilla cake according to the package directions.

  • Make small balls out of the mixture and insert a lollipop stick into each one.
  • Refrigerate the cake pops for at least 30 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • While the cake pops are chilling, roll out the white sugarpaste on a cornflour-dusted surface.
  • To achieve the desired shades, cut the fondant into small pieces and knead in food coloring.
  • Once the cake pops have chilled, dip them into the melted fondant and coat them evenly with a spoon.
  • Return the cake pops to the baking sheet and allow them to dry completely.
  • Once the fondant has set, serve the cake pops.
